Ronald J. Kissinger

Ronald J. Kissinger, 55, of Marietta, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017, following a brief illness. He was the husband of Tina M. Yingling Kissinger, with whom he was together for 22 ½ years. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late Harold G. and Catharine E. Klinger Kissinger. He was an over-the-road truck driver for several years. He was a veteran of the US Navy; a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; and was a train enthusiast, enjoying watching them and taking photos. Ron was also a secretary in the Boy Scout’s for a few years.

Surviving in addition to his wife, one brother: Donald L. (Sue) Kissinger. One brother-in-law: Roger Young. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister: Marilynn Young.

A Private Service will be held for the family with interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to: the Strasburg Railroad Museum or a local Boy Scout Troop. Arrangements by the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., Columbia/Mountville.
