Betty A. Seiger, 75, formerly of Kinderhook, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. She was the wife of the late Rev. Larry K. Seiger. She was born in Kinderhook, daughter of the late Raymond B. and Ethel A. Moore Lockard. Betty loved to serve and faithfully cared for her family, the residents she served in various group homes, the foster children she helped raise, and the members of the many churches she and Larry served together.

She is survived by two sons: Rev. Timothy K. (Kimberly) Seiger, Etters; and Thomas K. (Tracy) Seiger, Millersville, foster daughter: Kelly Wallick, Sunbury, five grandchildren: Lauren (Paul) Stoltzfus; Brad; Emily; Katie; and Zach Seiger, one great-grandson: Colby Stoltzfus, and one brother: David L. (Doris) Lockard, Mount Joy.

Services will be held at Kinderhook Evangelical Congregational Church, 562 Kinderhook Road, Columbia on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. with her son, Rev. Tim Seiger, Rev. Kirk Marks, and Rev. Doug Evans officiating. Interment in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 2:00 P.M. to 3:45 P.M.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Moravian Center Adult Day, PO Box 1327, Lancaster, PA 17608-1327.
