Mary Ellen Rineer, 89, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late Robert M. and Dorothy Dommal Rineer. Mary Ellen was a musician and appeared on America's Got Talent. She was a member of White Oak Church of the Brethren, loved collecting everything, was a lover of animals, especially her dogs and bingo.

She is survived by her brother: Earl L. (June) Rineer, Conestoga. One sister-in-law: Jill Rineer, Conestoga and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary Ellen was preceded in death by three brothers: Jack, Robert and Ronald Rineer.
