Retta J. Kline, 71, of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Gary D. Kline, who passed away on October 1, 2004. She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late R. Emory and Elizabeth S. Doutrich Brubaker. She was a member of Hempfield United Methodist Church and the support group of West Hempfield Fire Company.
She is survived by three sons: Dwight L. (Lauri) Kline, Julian, PA; Duane L. Kline, Columbia; and Nathan E. (Tina Marie) Kline, Montoursville. Three grandchildren: Melissa A., Aaron E., and Sarah M. Kline. One aunt: Betty Doutrich, Paradise.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Matthew Kniesly, officiating. Interment in New Danville Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc. from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Please omit flowers.
