Robert M. Miller, Sr., 82, of Washington Boro, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He was the husband of the late Phyllis E. Miller, who passed away in 1998. He was born in Manor Twp., son of the late Warren N. and Elizabeth Ortman Miller. He was a set-up and repairman for Campbell Chain Company, York for 24 years before his retirement in 1998. He enjoyed hunting, working on cars, helping out on the family farm, and loved his dog “Peaches”.

He is survived by one daughter: Debra S. (Ronald G.) Goe, Washington Boro. Two sons: Robert M. (Tina) Miller, Jr., Columbia; and Mark E. Miller (companion of Tammie), Wrightsville. Eight grandchildren. Twelve great-grandchildren. One brother: Nelson Miller, Morgantown. He was preceded in death by one daughter: Jody Ann Miller; companion: Dot; three brothers; two step-brothers; and two step-sisters.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia, on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11:00 A.M with Pastor Dennis K. Regitz, officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Please omit flowers.
