Mark L. Fischer, 29, of Columbia, went to be with his Lord, on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at home. He was born in Lancaster, son of Perry D. Fischer, Columbia and Deborah S. Clark, Wrightsville. He worked as a tree remover for Green's Tree Service, Elizabethtown. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, working on cars, and spending time with his two daughters.

Surviving in addition to his parents, two daughters: Madison and Makenna Fischer. His companion: Kierston E. Marvel. Paternal grandmother: Harriet Horn. Maternal grandmother: Shirley Clark. Five brothers: Perry Fischer, Jr., Gary Fischer, Dean Fischer, Jeffrey Fischer, and Scott Fischer. Seven sisters: Jennifer Clark, Pamela Fischer, Lis Fischer, Christine Fischer, Trisha Towles, Renee Cruz, and Abbey Wholaver. Also, numerous nieces and nephews.

The Family would like to thank everyone who contributed towards Mark reaching his final place of rest.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Charles A. Deutsch, officiating. Final place of rest will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc. from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. To send an online condolence, visit the condolence page.
