Romaine G. McKinley, 88, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. She was the wife of Harry J. McKinley with whom she would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on August 31, 2018. She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late Leroy O. and Carrie F. Peffer Frey. She was a nursing assistant at Lancaster General Hospital for 15 years before her retirement. She attended Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, Mountville where she taught Sunday School.
Surviving in addition to her husband, one son: Dennis (Jill) Millhouse, Ephrata. Two daughters: Darlene M. Jenkins, Holtwood; and Dawn V. Cover, Lancaster. Four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Harold and Richard Frey, and one sister: Ruth Ressler.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. Interment in Riverview Burial Park.
