Gale L. Snyder, 80, of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. She was the wife of Robert W. Snyder, to whom she was married for 25 years.
She was born in Columbia, daughter of the late Gerald and Betty Thomas Edwards. She worked as an inspector for New Standard, and was a graduate of Columbia High School.
She is survived by one son: Eric (Lori) Waller. One step-son: Paul E. (Cindy) Snyder. One granddaughter: Caitlyn. Two sisters: Sylvia (Leo) Watts and Brenda (Leonard) Domyan. One brother: Glen (Annette) Edwards. She was preceded in death by one brother: Gerald Edwards.
