Arthur W. "Bill" Shenberger

Arthur W. “Bill” Shenberger, 73, of Henryetta, OK, formerly of Manor Township, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in Jonesboro, AR. He was the husband of Donna Shenberger. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late Arthur R. and Mary J. Kline Shenberger. He was a graduate of Penn Manor High School; was of the Catholic faith; and was a veteran of the US Navy, serving 28 years. He enjoyed hunting and watching the Weather Channel. Bill was a member of the Gold Wing Club and a CB Club with his handle being “Polar Bear”.

Surviving in addition to his wife, two sons: Arthur W. Shenberger and Ronald A. Shenberger, of Colorado Springs, CO. One grandson: Bryan A. Shenberger, Colorado Springs, CO. Two step-children: Kathy Thomas, Alabama; and Jimmy Thomas, Rheems. One brother: David E. Shenberger, Columbia. Two sisters: Sharon E. Pyfer, Columbia, and Jennifer M. (Donald) Cox, Dagsburg, DE. Nephews: David R. Shenberger; Ronald R. Pyfer; and Christopher Pyfer, all of Columbia; Donald Cox, Florida, and Troy Cox, Bedford. One niece: Lisa Pyfer, Columbia. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Arthur S. Shenberger; and Mr. and Mrs. William T. Kline. Sister-in-law: Dorothy Shenberger. Brother-in-law: Ronald Pyfer.

Graveside Service and Burial will be held at Mountville Cemetery on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Full Military Honors. Arrangements by the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc. Mountville/Columbia. To send an online condolence, visit the condolence page.
