George Boyter, 65, of Landisville, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Lancaster General Hospital. He was the husband of Katherine M. Hogarth Boyter with whom he would have celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on November 12, 2020. He was born in Baltimore, son of the late John P. and Rosemary M. Spencer Boyter. He was a landscaper for BGE for over 20 years. He enjoyed gardening, especially his rose bushes; gun shopping; antiquing; Elvis Presley and his music; his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, three daughters: Kathy L. (Jeff) Smith; Melissa M. (Michael) Lehrer; and Christine M. Boyter (her significant other: Bradley D. Chapman). Three grandchildren: Benjamin T. Schriefer; Willow Rose Smith; and Haylee C. Boyter.
