Betty L. Davenport, 81, of Lancaster, formerly of Talmage, passed away in the presence of her loving family, on the first day of Spring, Friday, March 20, 2026. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Davenport, Sr. Betty was born in Hershey, daughter of the late Marlin and Mildred E. Bruce Fink. She worked in environmental services at St. Joseph Hospital for 32 years before her retirement.
Betty enjoyed flowers, music, especially Blue Grass, dancing, doing the Jitterbug with her sisters, camping with her grandchildren and roasting marshmallows at the campfire. She always had a smile on her face for everyone.
She is survived by her children: Robert L. (Dawn) Davenport, Jr.; Lucinda M. (Chris) Fulmer and Richard E. (Tracy) Davenport. Ten grandchildren. Seven great-grandchildren and one on the way. Four brothers and five sisters. She was preceded in death by six siblings.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
