Timothy L. Dietrich, 76, of Mountville, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late Harold J. and Dorothy Greenawalt Dietrich. Tim was an insurance representative for 40 years before he retired in 2021. He was a member of the Foresters Columbia, and Reese-Hall VFW Post #8757. He coached and played basketball, was a swimmer and was an avid sports fan, having enjoyed the Phillies and Eagles as well as thoroughbred horse racing.
He is survived by two daughters: Michelle L. (John) Nakasone, San Jose, CA and Valerie R. McClellan, Walnut Creek, CA. Four grandchildren. One brother: Richard (fiancée of Lori VanHorne) Dietrich.
The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. with Wayne Rumsey, officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Interment in Mountville Brethren Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
