Laura A. Huber, 67, of East Prospect, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. She was the wife of the late Ricky L. Huber, who passed away in 2007. She was born in Columbia, daughter of the late Elias H. and Laura A. Clinton Tome. She worked as a Seamstress for Tighe Industries. She enjoyed camping, and her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by four daughters: Shelly L. (Todd M.) Filmore; Christina M. Huber; Kelly S. (Stephen) Smith; and Lisa M. (Kris “Peanut”) Kreeger. Five grandsons and five granddaughters. Four sisters: Jackie Szampruch; Linda Donley; Helen Douglas; and Darlene Beaverson. One brother: Richard Tome. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with the viewing from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
