Melannie B. (Ault) Moshos

Melannie B. (Ault) Moshos, 62, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Nick A. Moshos, with whom she would have celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on November 10, 2018. She was born in Columbia, daughter of Betty A. Herr Ault, Mountville and the late Melvin B. Ault. Melannie worked at RCA Corp and in food services for the Hempfield School District. She attended St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and enjoyed word-search puzzles, cooking, yardwork, plants, sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies and also hanging out with her “Mountville Crew.” She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews, and the family of her dear friend Kim Herr. She was a caregiver to her extended family.

Surviving in addition to her husband, one son: Alex G. Moshos, Lancaster. Three brothers: Samuel Ault, Conestoga; Jeff (Tammy) Ault, East Petersburg; and Mike (Mary Lou) Ault, Lancaster. Two sisters: Pat (Rob) Powl, Drumore; and Deb Ault, Mountville. She was preceded in death by one sister: Liz Wile and one nephew: Benny Ault.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. Private interment in Mountville Cemetery. Visitation with the family will follow the service. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603 or the Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital, 1249 Cocoa Ave., Suite 115, PO Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033.
