Penny M. Frankhouser, 71, of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at home. She was the wife of the late Thomas F. Frankhouser, Sr., who passed away on June 29, 2009. Penny was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late Christian and Elizabeth Zook Leonard. She worked in the cafeteria of Hempfield School District, Nolt's Pond and St. Anne's Retirement Community. She was of the Catholic faith and loved camping, thrift store shopping, fishing, collecting Elvis and Coca Cola memorabilia, and her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son: Thomas F. (Melissa) Frankhouser, Jr. and one daughter: Megan L. (James) Killian. Three grandchildren: Destiny Miller, Ashley Adams and Wyatt Killian. Two brothers: Sam (Dawn) Leonard and Joe Leonard. One sister: Mary Catherine Leonard. She was preceded in death by one daughter: Anna M. Kreeger.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville, on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
