Homer E. "Butch" Shenk, 75, of Mountville, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at home. He was the husband of Judy A. McDonald Shenk, to whom he was married for 51 years. Butch was born in Washington Boro, son of the late Homer K. and Gladys Maysilles Shenk. He worked as a plumber and construction for Alcoa for 31 years, before his retirement. Butch enjoyed fishing, growing vegetables, cookouts with his family and friends and most of all enjoyed riding his trike.

Surviving in addition to his wife, four sons: Chad Shenk, Texas; Ronald (Lori) Shenk, York; Brian Shenk, Conestoga and Brandon (Jessica) Shenk, Marticville. Two grandchildren: Ronald, Jr. and Amanda. One brother: Bob Shenk, Conestoga and one sister: Nancy Lowery, Lancaster. He was preceded in death by one sister: Judith Neiss.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street Mountville, on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Angela Finet, officiating.
