Elaine S. Eckman, 86, of Mountville and Brethren Village, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at her residence, at Brethren Village. She was the wife of the late Parke L. Eckman and the late Harold Clark. She was born in Leola, daughter of the late Harry B. and Betty Hoover Smith.
She was a registered nurse having worked many years in the Lancaster healthcare community. Elaine was a member of Hempfield Church of the Brethren and enjoyed crocheting, other handiwork and family camping.
She is survived by her children: Kathy (Lee) Martin; Cindy Eckman and Jonathan (Trudy) Eckman. Daughter-in-law: Joyce Eckman. Six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: Jeffrey Eckman.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with Visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Interment in St. John's Methodist Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
