Perry D. Fischer, Sr., 73, of Columbia, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025. He was born in Columbia, son of Harriet Fischer Horn and the late Richard Kerns.

Surviving in addition to his mother are twelve children: Perry D., Jr. (Chrissy) Fischer; Gary Fischer; Dean (Jessica) Fischer; Jeffrey Fischer; Scott Fischer; Jennifer Clark; Pamela (Jacob Ansted) Fischer; Lis (Shawn Smith) Fischer; Christine (Scott Bowman) Fischer; Trisha (Dreyson) Towles; Renee (Steven) Cruz; Abbey Wholaver and their mother, Deborah S. Clark. Thirty-four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Two brothers. He was preceded in death by one son: Mark L. Fischer and two grandchildren.
