George M. Millhouse, 89, of Lancaster passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, February 14, 2026. He was the husband of Mary Jane Nacionales Millhouse, with whom he was together for 24 years. He was born in Mountville, son of the late George W. and Mary E. Sheckart Millhouse. George was a welder/pipefitter for Union Local #520, Harrisburg. He was a Veteran of the US Army and enjoyed planes, trains and automobiles.

Surviving in addition to his wife, one son: Jason P. Millhouse. One stepdaughter: Ashley H. (Steve D.) Long. Six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Brothers: Carl (Peggy) Millhouse and Fred (Charlotte) Millhouse. One sister: Verna Distad. He was preceded in death by one daughter: Megan Kirk and one brother: Arthur Millhouse.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Gregory Distad, officiating. Viewing/visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Interment in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens with Full Military Honors. Please omit flowers.
