Grant B. Lowry, 78, of St. Peter Apartments, Columbia, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Lancaster Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Sara Lowry who passed away on October 10, 1995. Grant was born in Columbia, son of the late Bernard G. and Janet Marie Lightheiser Lowry. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force, serving during the Vietnam Conflict and was a laborer for ITT Grinnell before his retirement.

Grant is survived by his companion: Ruth S. Walstrum.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
