Mary Mindy Gogets Stump

Mary Mindy Gogets Stump, 90, of Bethel, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at St. Anne’s Retirement Community, Columbia. She was the wife of the late John Gogets, who passed away in 1985, and K. Eugene Stump with whom she celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary on July 15, 2017. She was born in St. Clair, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Vojtela Mindy. Mary was a specialty cake baker and was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Chapel. She enjoyed reading, history, gardening, animals, was a super, best companion and loving wife to her husband and was a wonderful, giving mother.

Surviving in addition to her husband, her children: Nancy Gogets, Lancaster; John C. Gogets, Tulsa, OK; and Mary Gogets, Lancaster. Two granddaughters: Katie and Lexi Gogets. Two sisters: Anna Vespico and Helen Morgan, both of Fredericksburg. She was preceded in death by two bothers: Andrew and Joseph Mindy.

The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, 22 N. Mill St., Jonestown, PA 17038, on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Michael P. Reid, as Celebrant. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, CCD Program. Charles R. Waltman, Jr.

Charles R. Waltman, Jr., 74, of Mountville, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at home. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late Charles R., Sr., and Kathryn E. Aulthouse Waltman. He worked as a laborer for Campbell Bag and Burlap Company, Trenton, NJ before his retirement. He was a Veteran of the US Army and enjoyed fishing, stamp collecting and golfing.

He is survived by three brothers: Barry R. Waltman, Lititz; Larry R. (Judith) Waltman, Mountville; and James R. (Priscilla) Waltman, Lancaster. He was preceded in death by one sister: Verna Mae Kreider.
